Synopsis
A neighboring monarch arrives on a state visit, but an unexpected incident leaves the distinguished guest seriously injured. In response, the other king decides to abolish his ineffective army. The furious generals, however, secretly plot to overthrow their ruler. What follows is a wildly imaginative Czech comedy filled with political satire, absurd twists, and witty humor that has made the film a cult favorite.
