About the game
This untold chapter follows Gollum from his escape from Mordor to the dungeons of the elven king Thranduil. Driven by his desire to recover what was stolen from him, he travels through places including Barad-dûr and Mirkwood. Players climb, explore, evade or distract enemies, and can sometimes strangle an unwary foe. Gollum’s divided identity creates moral choices between his cruel side and the more cautious, friendly Sméagol, affecting uncertain alliances.
