Synopsis
He, Dr. Alois Pech, is a timid and dependent mama's boy who works as a prison librarian. She, Marcela Johnová, is a confident, energetic, and successful girl from high society. While she lives in a grand world surrounded by luxury and admirers, he leads a quiet, modest life with his caring mother. Their paths cross through a completely accidental late-night phone call made from Marcela's apartment by one of her guests. Although for her, the charmingly clumsy man is merely an amusing diversion in her life of pleasure, Alois falls in love with Marcela and begins seeking opportunities for further encounters.
