Description
The King of Kings / Kral kralu DVD
Synopsis
In an unbelievable turn of events, Czech mechanic Lojza Králů, an employee of ČKD, suddenly becomes the ruler of the exotic Tamán kingdom. Two years earlier, while working abroad, he saved the life of an unknown old man in the desert. It turns out that this man was the king of the Tamán archipelago. On his deathbed, the king remembered Lojza and appointed him as his successor and regent. How will Lojza handle this tricky situation? Will his common sense help him? This satirical comedy directed by Martin Frič is based on a story by Jiří Weiss, with a screenplay by Jiří Mucha. Their skillful execution created a comedy that continues to entertain audiences even years later.
