Synopsis
For the second time, we return to the South Bohemian village of Hoštice to follow the ongoing rivalry between the Konopník and Škopek families. This time, the spotlight falls on the relationship between pregnant Blažena and her fiancé Venca, which becomes the subject of malicious gossip spread by the spiteful Milada from the local pub. The rumors spark a scandal and a full-blown feud between the families. Meanwhile, another comic subplot unfolds around the romance between the livestock specialist Béda and the cooperative’s accountant Evička.
