Description
The popular and successful series of archival recordings of the Spejbl and Hurvínek Theatre with Miloš Kirschner, a long-time performer of both wooden protagonists and the director of this theatre, continues with its fourteenth title. This time, Hurvínek and Mánička get into a real circus and with the help of a little magic, they take over the circus menagerie so much that the director has no choice but to offer Hurvínek the position of head dresser. And how will it turn out? We won't tell, of course, but since Dvorský's script was filmed eighteen years ago and Hurvínek has been performing in the new theatre in Prague's Dejvice for several years, it's clear that he didn't prefer a career as a circus star to the stage.
In addition to the aforementioned Miloš Kirschner /Spejbl, Hurvínek/ and Helena Štáchová /Mánička, bábinka/ you will hear Miloš Nesvadba as a circus jester, Bohumil Bezouška and other actors in the recording.
