About the game
Sonic Mania Plus expands on Sonic Mania, first released digitally in 2017. It uses nostalgic pixel graphics and refreshed gameplay as the basis for a classic platforming experience. The game is designed around familiar Sonic-style action and supports both solo play and local multiplayer. Its visual approach recalls the earlier pixel-art style associated with the game, while the updated gameplay retains the format of a traditional platformer.
