Synopsis
In this iconic comedy by Karel Janák, teenagers Rendy and Jáchym dream of conquering snowy mountain slopes to impress charming girls. Known as champions in a snowboarding video game, they've never actually stood on a real board. Nonetheless, they're confident that during the post-Christmas week, they'll master the snow-covered slopes and impress some attractive girls. However, their plans are complicated by the unexpected company of Jáchym's incredibly annoying sister Marta. To make matters worse, their cousin, who manages the chalet where they're staying for free, mistakes them for hired help and, along with Marta, tries to make their stay miserable. Meanwhile, the irresistible goddesses whom Rendy and Jáchym fall for are courted by a tough trio of local snowboarding pros... This highly successful teen comedy, full of blunders, embarrassments, and fulfilled dreams, marks the directorial and scriptwriting debut of Karel Janák and catapulted the young acting duo of Vojta Kotek and Jiří Mádl to fame.
