Synopsis

Rudolf (Marek Vašut), a sophisticated ladies' man, faces life post-divorce, moving from urban luxury to a country hotel run with his rakish brother Arnošt (Miroslav Etzler). Torn between a calm monogamous relationship and daily temptations, Rudolf's life is further complicated by conflicts with a fierce neighboring hotel owner (Jitka Čvančarová) and attempts at a serious relationship influenced by the hotel's receptionist Nikola (Berenika Kohoutová). His journey intertwines with his ex-wife Maria (Vanda Hybnerová) and their peculiar son Bohdan (Vincent Navrátil), adding layers to this tale of rediscovery and unexpected romance.
