A large traditional Plánský perník from the Rej bakery in Planá nad Lužnicí, filled with apple and plum fruit filling (17%) and coated in dark glaze (14%). On top is an edible picture of one of the three figures of the Czech St. Nicholas Eve tradition on 5 December: St. Nicholas (Mikuláš), the devil (Čert) or the angel (Anděl). The design is chosen at random according to stock, one piece per order unit.

Ingredients: Gingerbread base [wheat flour, invert sugar syrup, pasteurised liquid whole egg (egg, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid), raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, gingerbread spice], fruit filling 17% [sugar, fruit purees (apple, plum), gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, colouring purple carrot extract, water, flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate)], dark coating 14% [sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat, fat-reduced cocoa powder, palm fat, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), flavouring, milk powder].
