Synopsis
Photographer J. B. Jeffries is confined to a wheelchair with a broken leg. To pass the time, he watches the residents in the apartments across the courtyard. When he begins to suspect that one of his neighbors has murdered his wife, Jeff investigates with the help of his elegant girlfriend, uncovering a complex chain of events.
