Opavia Fidorka Oplatky

It all starts with the family of Kašpar Melichar Baltazar Fiedor and his wife Amália, who together set up a family wafer business in Opava. The first products were round wafers sweetened with sugar and baked on an open fire. The name Opavia originally referred to the factory in Opava.
