Synopsis
Martin Zounar is a great eater who fears neither the royal army, devils, nor work. Poor couples wait in vain for a child. The desperate man asks hell itself for help, and the devils grant his wish: after nine months, the couple's son, Nesyta, is born. When he grows up, he sets out into the world. He is not afraid of work and offers help wherever he can, but he repels everyone with his insatiability. Eventually, he enters into the service of the devil himself... In Božena Němcová's fairy tale, Nesyta is fearless. He is not afraid of the royal army, devils, or work. And just as he approaches his tasks, he approaches his food.
