Synopsis
Jaroslav and Dana are a young couple living in a peaceful village where everyone knows each other. Driven by the prospect of easy money, they decide to rob their lonely old neighbor, but during the robbery, Jaroslav kills him. To their surprise, the police almost automatically accept the violent death as an unfortunate accident and show little further interest in the case. This leads the Stodolas to the realization that seniors are easy targets not just for petty theft but also for murder. There's no turning back as Dana becomes intoxicated by the power over her victims and the strange thrill of outsmarting the police. Jaroslav finds himself at a crossroads with a chance to leave Dana, but he fails and must face the consequences of their crimes. The brutal murders are closely tied to their relationship, reflecting their dependency and mutual manipulation, from which neither can emerge victorious.
