Synopsis
The film Malý chlapec Josef Janouš, nazývaný Bobeš tells the story of a young boy, Bobeš, growing up in a village. At the age of six, he begins to explore the world around him, gaining new friends and experiences. The story takes a turn when Bobeš's father, who worked in the forest, suffers a severe accident. This incident forces the family to seek a new livelihood in the city, where they struggle to find financial stability. The narrative is set in the period before World War I, offering a glimpse into the historical context and its impact on a child's life and family dynamics.
