Synopsis
A thriller drama inspired by the still unexplained case of the death of activist Jolanta Brzeska. The film reveals the behind-the-scenes workings of the so-called reprivatisation mafia. The peace of mind of the inhabitants of a Warsaw tenement house is shattered by the appearance of the alleged legal owner of the building. Using ruthless methods, the man starts forcing more and more families to move out. The most determined in her fight for the right to her flat is Janina Markowska. The woman has no intention of leaving the house in which her family has lived for over 70 years. When the woman disappears in mysterious circumstances, the police start investigating.
