Preparation Instructions:
Steep 1 tea bag in 200 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drink warm.
For best results, enjoy the last cup about 30 minutes before bedtime.
Adults: 2–4 cups daily.
Children 3 years and older: up to 2 cups daily.
Ingredients: Lemon balm (55%), chamomile flowers (30%), hops cones (5%), valerian root (5%), lavender flowers (5%).
