Leros Fytokliman Planta is a traditional herbal tea blend created to provide gentle support during menopause. It is used to help ease mild menopausal discomforts such as irritability, hot flushes, sweating, and trouble falling asleep. Its use is based exclusively on long-standing traditional experience. Intended for adult women only. Important warnings: Contains St. John's wort, which may reduce the effect of hormonal contraceptives, warfarin, and some other medicines. Avoid strong sunlight and UV exposure while using this tea. If you feel affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Always read the package leaflet carefully before use.

Preparation Instructions:
Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over 1 tea bag.
Cover the cup and steep for 10 minutes.
Do not boil.
Prepare fresh each time, immediately before use.
Drink 1 cup in the evening before bedtime.
Recommended use: up to 6 weeks.
If symptoms persist or worsen after 4 weeks, consult a doctor.
