Synopsis
The Legend of the Flying Cyprian is a captivating story set in the 18th century at the mystical Red Monastery. One day, monks discover a wounded, half-dead man at their gate. They nurse him back to health and welcome him into their community, unaware of his dark past filled with pain and lost love. Seeking peace, he takes a vow of silence and becomes known as Cyprian. Years later, rumors spread about the silent monk’s healing powers. When the orphan Michal, now a grown man, finds Leonardo da Vinci’s sketches of flying machines, he dreams of flight — a dream that Cyprian will one day attempt to fulfill himself. A poetic tale of faith, redemption, and the eternal human desire to soar beyond earthly bounds.
