Preparation Instructions:
1. Add the roux directly into boiling liquid.
2. Stir thoroughly and simmer for about 1 minute.
3. For a thicker result, add more roux to taste.
Recommended Dosage:
7 tablespoons per 1 liter of soup
5 tablespoons per 0.5 liter of sauce
