Synopsis
The main character is a young man named Adam who recently survived a serious car accident that claimed the lives of his girlfriend and best friend. Previously, he lectured on 19th-century literature at a university, but now he works as a cashier in a supermarket. The only relief from his unhappy life, following the tragedy he has endured, comes from sleep, contact with his aunt, and his faith in God.
