Synopsis
1942 - German propaganda is anxiously hiding the genocide perpetrated against the civilian population. After the assassination of the second man of the Third Reich Reinhard Heydrich, however, makes an exception. After burning a small Czech village Lidice, they announced everything to the world. As an excuse to destruction of the village was enough one love letter. The Nazis coldly executed all the men of Lidice. Women and children were transported to concentration camps. Some children were given for re-education. Total Balance - 192 executed men, 58 women died in concentration camps and 88 children were sent to the gas chambers. The village of Lidice was erased from the map and razed to the ground. Film Lidice is based on a true event.
