An original recipe for making fluffy and moist buns, requiring only the addition of water and oil to the mix. Quality Dr. Oetker Yeast is included in the package, ensuring the buns always turn out perfectly. Quickly prepare traditional Czech buns that will fill your kitchen with a delightful aroma. This modern approach to home baking guarantees success with your loved ones. We recommend filling the buns with plum jam, poppy seed filling, grated apples, or cottage cheese mixed with vanilla pudding. The dough from this mix is a classic yeast dough, versatile for various pastries such as fruit pies, festival cakes, donuts, dumplings, Easter bread, and more.

Preparation Instructions:
Package Contains:
500 g dough mix
7 g dried baker's yeast

You Will Need:
260 ml lukewarm water
120 ml oil (12 tablespoons)
Filling (plum jam, jam, cottage cheese, poppy seed filling)

Preparation:
Pour the contents of the dough mix sachet into a bowl and mix with the included yeast. Add the measured water and oil. Work into a smooth dough with a wooden spoon, ensuring it doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl.
Dust the surface of the dough with flour, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick and cut into squares. Place the filling (plum jam, cottage cheese, poppy seed filling, jam) in the center of each square and seal the edges by pressing them together.
Brush the sides of the buns with oil and place them next to each other on a greased baking tray. Bake until golden brown. Baking time and temperature are specified in the table.
After baking, let the buns cool and then separate them. Preheat all types of ovens well before baking!

Baking Instructions:
Electric Oven: 190 °C for 35-40 minutes
Convection Oven: 170 °C for 35-40 minutes
Gas Oven: Medium setting for 35-40 minutes

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, 1.3% dried baker's yeast (76-15% dried yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate)), edible salt, dried skimmed MILK. May contain traces of (LUPIN FLOUR).
