Bake soft, fluffy, golden Czech buchty at home with Dr. Oetker Tradiční Buchty. This convenient baking mix helps you create traditional pull-apart buns with a tender texture and classic homemade aroma—perfect for filling with plum jam, fruit preserves, tvaroh (cottage cheese), poppy seed filling, or your favorite sweet stuffing. Ideal for family baking, holidays, and anyone craving an authentic Czech-style treat.

Preparation Instructions:
Package contains:
500 g dough mix
7 g Dr. Oetker dry yeast (packed separately)

Additional ingredients needed:
260 ml lukewarm water
120 ml oil (12 tablespoons)
Filling (e.g., plum jam, fruit preserves, cottage cheese, poppy seed filling)

Baking instructions:
1) Pour the dough mix into a bowl and stir in the included yeast. Add lukewarm water and oil, then mix until smooth and no longer sticky. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
2) On a floured surface, roll the dough to about 1 cm thickness and cut into squares. Add a small amount of filling, fold over, and seal the edges well.
3) Brush the sides of the buns with oil and place them snugly together on a greased baking sheet.
4) Bake until golden brown:
Electric oven: 190°C for 35–40 minutes
Fan oven: 170°C for 35–40 minutes
Gas oven: medium setting for 35–40 minutes
Adjust to your oven as needed.
5) Let cool, then separate the buns.
