Create a silky, creamy dessert with a refined pistachio twist. This premium pistachio pudding mix delivers a rich yet delicate taste inspired by finely ground pistachio kernels from the Mediterranean. Ideal for an elegant homemade pudding-serve it simply in bowls or unmold it for a beautifully shaped treat.

Preparation Instructions:
Mix the contents of the sachet with 2–3 tablespoons of sugar (30–40 g) and whisk into 1/3 of the prepared whole milk.

Bring the remaining 2/3 of the whole milk to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the pudding mixture.

Return to the heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute.

Pour into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and leave to set.

Ingredients: Corn starch, natural flavoring, ground pistachios (1%), salt, colorings (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, riboflavin).
Contains allergen: May contain traces of wheat flour, oat flakes, milk, eggs, and other tree nuts.
