Enjoy a luxuriously creamy dark chocolate pudding with a refined, slightly bitter cocoa profile. Made with 30% quality cocoa sourced from West Africa and enriched with real dark chocolate pieces, it delivers a deeper, more intense chocolate taste that's perfect for true chocolate fans. Ideal for serving in bowls or shaping into elegant homemade desserts using molds.

Preparation Instructions:
Mix the sachet contents with 2–3 tablespoons of sugar (30–40 g) and whisk into 1/3 of the measured whole milk.

Bring the remaining 2/3 of the whole milk to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the pudding mixture.

Return to the stove and cook for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.

Pour into bowls or cold-water-rinsed molds and leave to set.

Ingredients: Corn starch, low-fat cocoa powder (30%), pieces of dark chocolate (3.6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier [lecithins], milk), salt.
