Make soft, golden palačinky in minutes with this fiber-enriched pancake mix from Dr. Oetker. Simply add water to create a smooth batter that cooks up fluffy and tender without changing the classic taste. One pack makes about 10–12 pancakes-perfect for sweet or savory fillings and your favorite toppings.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Empty the contents of the bag into a bowl and add 500 ml of cold water.
2. Whisk thoroughly until smooth with no lumps.
3. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
4. Heat a lightly oiled pan and pour in a thin layer of batter, spreading it evenly.
5. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
6. Fill with jam, cottage cheese, or nut spread and garnish with chocolate or whipped cream to taste.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, lupin flour, sugar, fiber, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), edible salt.
