Preparation Instructions:
The package contains 275 g of cake mix, 100 g of filling mix, and 60 g of chocolate flakes. To this, you will need to add: For the cake: 100 g of soft margarine or butter, 2 eggs (size M), and 75 ml of milk (7 tablespoons). For the filling: 3 bananas, 500-600 ml of chilled whipping cream, and 100 ml of cold water.
Combine the cake mix, margarine or butter, eggs, and milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer, starting at the lowest setting and then on the highest for about 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan, smooth it out, and bake according to the time and temperature specified in the table. Once cooled, remove the pan base and place the cake on a serving tray. Hollow out the cake with a spoon to a depth of 1/2 cm, leaving a 1 cm wide edge. Crumble the hollowed-out part into a bowl. Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise, and place them flat side down on the hollowed cake. Whip the cream until stiff. Put the filling mix into a large bowl and add the measured amount of water. Stir for 1/2 minute by hand with a whisk. Then immediately fold in the whipped cream in two stages and finally add the chocolate flakes. Mound the whipped cream filling onto the cake up to the edge and sprinkle with the crumbled cake. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
