About the game
As the DOOM Slayer, the player returns to an Earth overwhelmed by a demonic invasion. The standalone campaign explores the Slayer’s past and motives while focusing on destroying Hell’s forces. Combat uses firearms, explosives, a flamethrower and upgraded armour, supported by combos and visual and audio effects. Players collect experience, armour and weapons as they face waves of enemies. BattleMode pits one Slayer against two player-controlled demons in best-of-five online matches.
