Synopsis
In Policejní inspektor Trachta, Inspector Trachta, known for his unconventional methods, teams up with intern Hlaváček to solve the mysterious disappearance of factory owner Bierhanzl. The case, initially given to Chief Inspector Kleček who is attacked early in his investigation, reveals bizarre details including Bierhanzl's dissolution in a bathtub of sulfuric acid. Created by Ladislav Smoljak and Zdeněk Svěrák, this comedic detective tale, based on their play "Murder in the Salon Car," features a parody of classic detective stories with unexpected twists and humor, starring Jiří Zahajský and Marek Brodský.
