Synopsis
A law firm hires a private investigator to uncover the true culprits of crimes their clients are accused of. The main characters are the somewhat eccentric investigator Prokop Král (played by Matěj Hádek) and the capable, successful lawyer Lenka Braunová (played by Tereza Hofová). Together, they form a contrasting yet dynamic duo that works effectively. Under the guidance of the firm's head Rudolf Černý (played by Miroslav Donutil) and with the help of the budding lawyer Jiří Mladý (played by Jan Cina), they investigate diverse cases and assist people who cannot or do not want to go to the police. No crime or mystery is unsolvable for them. As they are not police officers, they must solve their clients' cases without forensic support - using wit, surprising actions, and new, unexpected perspectives on the crime or its perpetrator.
