About the game
As the owner of a developing construction company, the player builds homes, factories and a prosperous city while pursuing wealth and influence. Managing tenants and handling their complaints is only part of the challenge. Rival companies can be undermined with disruptive characters, including thugs, hippies, a technician who sabotages utilities and mafia contacts, creating varied ways to interfere with competitors and damage their operations.
