About the game
The player takes the role of an ambitious construction company owner seeking wealth, power, and a lasting legacy. Success depends on developing residential buildings and factories while handling tenant complaints and managing troublesome characters. These unwanted residents can also be turned against competitors through sabotage, demonstrations, repairs that cause disruption, or mafia involvement, creating multiple ways to undermine rival businesses and help them fail.
