Synopsis
In 1973 New York, fifty-year-old writer Vili reconnects with his past through a woman resembling his eternal love, Colette, a beautiful Belgian Jew he met thirty years prior in the Auschwitz concentration camp. Their complex relationship unfolds amidst the horrors of the camp, overseen by the ruthless and cynical Weissacker. As the Russian front draws near and the camp's atrocities escalate, questions of survival, fate, and the power of love emerge. "Colette" is a poignant story of freedom and resilience, emphasizing timeless values like love, freedom, and integrity.
