Preparation Instructions:
1. Empty one package (400 g) into a bowl and add 400 ml cold water.
2. Knead until smooth, then let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
3. Shape as needed-dumplings, pancakes, croquettes, or filled pockets.
4. Cook by boiling or baking according to the recipe for your chosen dish.
