Potato Dumpling Mix from Vitana: This convenient mix allows for quick preparation of beloved Czech potato dumplings, perfect as a side dish for traditional meals like roast pork with cabbage. Just add water, and anyone can easily make these classic dumplings.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix the contents of the packet (400 g) with 0.4 liters of cold water. Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Shape the dough into 4 dumplings, each about 12 cm long.
Place the dumplings into boiling water and cook slowly for 13 minutes.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, dried potatoes 20% (potatoes 99%, emulsifier E471, antioxidants (E304i, E330), preservative sulfur dioxide, coloring curcumin), wheat semolina, starch, edible salt, leavening agents (E450, E500), coloring curcumin.
