Preparation Instructions:
1. Combine one pack (400 g) with 400 ml of cold water and knead thoroughly. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
2. Shape the dough into 4 dumplings (about 12 cm long).
3. Gently place the dumplings into boiling water and simmer for 13 minutes.
