Synopsis
Modern astronaut Toník lands on the Moon, where he encounters a peculiar society that includes Cyrano de Bergerac, the heroes from Verne's From the Earth to the Moon, and, most notably, the boastful Baron Munchausen. They warmly welcome Toník with a glass of wine and wish for him to experience the magic of life on Earth. Baron Munchausen and Toník then journey to Turkey, where they rescue the beautiful Princess Bianca from the clutches of a treacherous sultan. The boastful baron tries to win her over by launching himself into wild adventures, finding himself inside a giant whale, flying on the talons of a massive bird, swimming underwater on a seahorse, and moving into the chaos of war on a cannonball. However, during these fantastical escapades, the brave dreamer Toník captures Bianca's heart, and together they journey back to where the story began—the pale Moon, a place that belongs not only to poets and dreamers but, above all, to lovers.
