Tadeáš Šíma, a traveler and author of two successful travelogues, has been writing haikus for four years – at home and on the road, among beehives in Šumava, on poacher trails in Congo, and at his typewriter in the silence of his room. His poetry grows from a deep relationship with nature, which he not only admires but also actively protects.
