Description
Karla Erbová wrote a collection of poems titled Lampářka hudba between 1985 and 1986. It was published in the 1990s in the form of a bibliophile edition, which the author released at her own expense, and the work has only now received a standalone book edition. The theme of the collection is the life journey of the composer Antonín Dvořák. The texts mention places and people crucial to his life, yet these fixed points are significantly permeated by a meditative layer. Each poem serves as a memento, a stone in the mosaic of Dvořák's life, from which Karla Erbová composes a picture transforming into the music of words.
