Description
Four European metropolises – Prague, Berlin, Paris, and Copenhagen – become targets of brutal terrorist attacks. The public is in shock over the hundreds of victims. The astonishment at the suffering is soon replaced by anger fueled by the spread of hatred, lies, and fear. The editorial team of the Czech-French news portal Reporters is immediately drawn into the investigation, as two of its members go missing after the Paris attack. One of her colleagues is soon found injured in the hospital, but the other remains missing, and as journalists led by Jan Born soon learn, someone has kidnapped her. The conditions set by the kidnappers do not bode well... Along with the editorial team, her friends from various countries, Czech and Croatian police officers, and veteran Israeli intelligence officer Daniel Danenberg with his small team join the search. The hunt for terrorists continues across Europe. However, the clues discovered suggest that everything may ultimately be different. And that revenge can be the strongest motivation.
