Description
This Czech-language book presents 100 of the best stories from 2024 by the Přerov municipal police, whose blog has become a phenomenon followed by almost 50,000 fans. The officers describe minor offences and sometimes more dramatic incidents in a highly creative style reminiscent of the pre-war tradition of courtroom sketches. The distinctive humour of deputy director Miroslav Komínek has received the Magnesia Litera literary award and the Golden Pen award from the Copywriters Club. The book is illustrated once again by the writer’s brother, Tomáš Saavedra Komínek, whose characteristic drawings and animations add another dimension. Interactive content also gives readers access to unique unpublished stories, a comic, audio stories and advice from the Přerov officers, which are gradually added to the website www.Prerovnano.cz.
