Adam Dvořák is not your typical Czech food blogger. He doesn't eat very healthily, loves cola, doesn't bake bread, can't recognize the subtle nuances in coffee varieties, and he doesn't even toughen up! Nevertheless, his humor and unconventional recipes (especially those written in a unique style) made him the DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR on the Food Blog of the Year 2019! Adam makes a living as a photographer, graphic designer, and illustrator, so it's no surprise that his first cookbook, created with his wife Kateřina from the first letter to the last period, is completely different from other Czech cookbooks. Primarily, it's a cookbook full of stories and a work of fiction full of recipes, making the book a kind of culinary transformer. The text is divided into 5 chapters, mapping the life of a young boy who gradually transforms into an adult man (mentally, however, he remains a boy). In the book, you'll find plenty of original photos and illustrations by the author. But what is the most remarkable thing about the book, named after Adam's blog Taste of Red? You'll be rolling on the floor with laughter! This happens while reading his funny, slightly demeaning stories, as well as while craving his fabulous dishes, whether Czech or Portuguese.
