Jindřichův Model – group of authors (2021)

In connection with the 30th anniversary of the Jindřich Chalupecký Award, which took place in 2019, its organizers decided to look back at its history and remind the audience of some artistic projects from the first twenty years of its existence. The selection focused on works that were particularly stimulating or progressive in the context of the time they were created and also promised an interesting reinterpretation of the present. Throughout October and November 2019, regular one-night exhibitions were held at the Berlinskej Model gallery in Prague, featuring selected female and male artists who newly approached their projects created within the framework of the Jindřich Chalupecký Award. A total of eight evenings presented to the audience the earlier and contemporary artistic creations of the invited authors, who, with the passage of time, revised their final or laureate projects and adapted them for the current audience in terms of form and content, or supplemented them with new works or commentary. The artists presented as part of this project are Petr Nikl, Petra Herotová, Pavel Kopřiva, Michal Nesázel, Markéta Baňková, Rafani, Jana Kalinová, and František Kowolowski.
