Damián is just an ordinary boy. And that's exactly the source of many of his complexes, given that his siblings are either beautiful, smart, talented, or at least cute. He doesn't get along with his classmates, has no friends, no girlfriend, basically everything in his life is, to put it simply, going poorly. Be careful, we are not being vulgar, we are just authentically conveying Damián's thoughts. Of course, he soon realizes that it's not so bad that it couldn't get worse. This happens about three seconds after he is suddenly swallowed by an escalator.
