Prokletá kaple – Stejskal Robin (2018)

After the debut Cute Girl, Robin Stejskal comes with the horror Cursed Chapel, in which he fully showcases his literary abilities. A new innkeeper arrives in the inconspicuous village of Medovice, gradually discovering that the people of this community are very grumpy and unapproachable. Especially the unfriendly neighbor Půta makes it clear that he is not welcome here. The innkeeper feels a sense of unease, which is heightened by strange sounds coming from the cellar. Initially, he tries to explain everything rationally, but after several encounters with a mysterious boy, he changes his mind. He investigates the past of the local people, learns the secrets of the local chapel, the terrifying history of the school, but by then, the ancient curse is already manifesting...
