Before I decided to publish this study, I thought about it for a long time, especially about its significance for our political situation. I have no doubt that the information contained in this book has a real basis. It is more than logical that Russia fully exploits the legacy of the USSR, including the infiltration of Soviet secret services into Muslim organizations and Islamist groups. Why do Russian secret service agents infiltrate Muslim organizations? Firstly, because they can. European secret services are increasingly constrained by a strengthening multicultural mentality, so the leadership of European secret services does not risk preparing agents who would pose as Muslims and operate among them, because if they were exposed, politicians from the Greens and Social Democrats would make it a 'hell,' and the leadership of the secret services would certainly lose their positions, as the former head of the German counterintelligence Hans-Georg Maaßen indirectly learned in this context. Secondly, the Russians are trying to have as comprehensive an overview of the opposition as possible, that is, of Muslims engaging in activities against Russia.
