Retrospektiva – Lhoták Kamil (2018)

The catalog for the exhibition Kamil Lhoták: Retrospective, which took place from February 7 to April 22, 2018, at the Municipal House in Prague. In the exhibition halls, visitors could view around 120 oil paintings by this beloved 20th-century author - and the same works are reproduced in the catalog. In addition to the familiar Lhoták works, the exhibition also presents 19 newly discovered, previously unexhibited pieces. Besides full-color reproductions in the catalog, you will find accompanying texts that thematically divide the exhibition into several sections - from surrealism, through Lhoták's favorite means of transportation, to portraits of his friends.
