Pepouchova řecká dovolená – Lubas Miloslav (2017)

Bet that even a seemingly calm vacation can be full of extraordinary adventures. Especially when you see the Ionian Sea through the eyes of ten-year-old Pepoucha for two weeks. Together with this observant boy, you experience escapades with a somewhat eccentric dad, a supportive mom, and little brother Tom, who barely understands anything and thus delights when the plane bounces back and forth in the strong turbulence over the Balkans. Dad is constantly cleaning up after the messy Greek locals on their beach. On the way back from an expedition to the forbidden peak of the island, he dodges satellite tracking. He devises clever hiding spots for money to keep thieves at bay, who roam day and night. He also supports the struggling Greek economy, diligently drinking the second-rate beer Mythos, even though the first-rate Moravian Zubr is only a few cents more expensive at the market. Mom is the only rational thinker in the family, but with all the worries about her husband and two sons, she occasionally loses her cool. Above all, she grossly underestimates the Kefalonian monster.
