This book seeks to answer this question for the Czech and Slovak legal systems. It is designed as a detailed guide for two types of readers – the 'quick reader' who wants to orient themselves in the maze of legal rules with the help of color-highlighted examples, and the 'demanding reader' who is interested in exploring the rules in greater depth within a broader legal context.
