Description
Corporate law, despite its significance and longevity, is somewhat overlooked by our legal science. It unjustly stands in the shadow of more pressing economic and legal issues of commercial law. However, in a time of dynamic development, during which the economic structure is evolving, integration, and globalization are taking place, Czech legal science should pay due attention to this issue. The Czech Republic, as one of the EU member states, has the obligation to properly harmonize company law with European company law.
