The aim of this publication is to complement existing textbooks in an attractive way. In six chapters presented as narratives, dialogues, and exercises, we motivate students to create and formulate their own opinions and to respond to common conversational situations. This level requires knowledge of approximately 1200 expressions, the past tense of verbs, and the formation of subordinate clauses. The book is intended for use in schools as well as for self-learners, who can verify the correctness of their solutions using the answer key.
